By accessing or using BOF Scanner, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts under Indian law.

2. Account Registration

You agree to provide accurate information. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Nature of Service

BOF Scanner is a market scanning and informational tool.

• Provides stock market scanning data
• Displays informational insights
• Educational content only

BOF Scanner does NOT:

• Provide investment advice
• Guarantee profits
• Execute trades
• Act as broker/intermediary

4. Subscription Plans

• Monthly Subscription
• Yearly Subscription

Pricing may change. Subscriptions purchased through Google Play or the Apple App Store may automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date according to the respective platform policies.

5. Refund & Cancellation

Refunds for purchases made through Google Play or Apple App Store are governed by their respective policies. External payment refunds are subject to company discretion unless required by law.

6. Apple App Store Subscriptions

If the BOF Scanner application is downloaded through the Apple App Store, the following terms apply:

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current billing period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID Account Settings after purchase.
• Refund requests for subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store must be handled directly by Apple and are subject to Apple's refund policies.
• If a free trial is offered, any unused portion of the free trial period will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription.
• Apple Inc. is not responsible for the content, functionality, or support of the BOF Scanner application.

7. Electronic Communications

You consent to receive electronic communications including updates, notices, and support responses.

8. Reviews & Feedback

We may use user feedback for product improvement. Unlawful or harmful content may be removed.

9. Accuracy of Information

We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or uninterrupted availability of data.

10. User Responsibilities

• No misuse or hacking
• No reverse engineering
• No scraping or resale of data
• No impersonation

11. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and algorithms are owned by ST Innovations Private Limited.

12. Prohibited Activities

Unauthorized access, malware distribution, illegal financial manipulation, or misrepresentation is strictly prohibited.

13. Third-Party Services

We are not responsible for third-party services such as Google Play, Apple App Store, payment gateways, or analytics providers.

14. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for trading losses, loss of profits, data loss, or business interruption.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify the Company against claims arising from your use of the service.

16. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access without notice if Terms are violated.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Jurisdiction: Courts of Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India.

19. Apple Legal Compliance

If you access BOF Scanner through an Apple device, you acknowledge that this agreement is between you and ST Innovations Private Limited, not with Apple Inc. Apple is not responsible for the service or its content and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services for the application.
